What is absentee voting?
Whether you are out of the country on Election Day or would simply prefer to vote from the comfort from your own home, any registered Ohio voter can vote absentee. Absentee voting helps reduce lines on Election Day, the votes are counted right away, and it can be highly convenient.

What is early voting?

Did you know that you can vote early the month before the Election? Whether you are out of the country on Election Day or prefer to avoid the busy polls on Election Day, any registered Ohio voter can vote early at the Hamilton County Early Vote Center! What are the new ID requirements I should be aware of when voting early?

Can I vote absentee?
As long as your voter registration is up to date, and you’ve submitted a request for an absentee ballot in time (Jan 1 or 90 days before the election, whichever occurs first), any Ohio voter can vote absentee.
